
Senator Binos Yaroe
Senator Binos Yaroe, representing Adamawa South (Peoples Democratic Party PDP), has categorically said that he will not contest for governorship position in 2027.
Yaroe disclose this in an interactive session with Journalists on Thursday in Yola.
The senator insisted that he remained committed and loyal to PDP, adding that if given support by his people he would go back to the Senate again for the third time.
He said that that would give him the opportunity for well representation of his people to focus more on his mandate as Senator representing southern zone.
According to him, he has sponsored different bills at the Senate, impacted positively on his constituency in the areas of medical outreaches across nine local government areas in the senatorial zone.
Other areas are Agriculture, education, skills acquisition for the youth and women, installation of solar powered boreholes, among others.
Yaroe, however, solicited support of journalists toward promoting good governance in the constituency and the state.
Mr Umar Dankano, who spoke on behalf of the journalists appreciated Yaroe for ororganising such engagement.
He described the engagement as first of its kind by Lawmakers in the state and assured him readiness of the participants for support and cooperation (NAN)
