The National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) has assured the public that its systems are functioning optimally to meet the demands for National Identification Number (NIN) enrolment, verification, and authentication, as well as data modification services.
With the NIN-SIM linkage deadline approaching on September 14, 2024, NIMC has confirmed that all its over 10,000 enrolment centres across Nigeria and in the diaspora are open for NIN enrolment.
The Head, Corporate Commissions, NIMC, Kayode Adegoke, in a statement on Thursday, also reminded applicants that they can modify their NIN data through the Self-Service portal and encouraged individuals to visit their website for information on enrolment centres, processes, and procedures.
Mr. Adegoke, further, reiterated NIMC’s commitment to providing excellent identity management services and has provided contact information for any issues or concerns related to extortion or unethical practices.
