A Group known as Benue For Tinubu 2023 has called on Law Enforcement Agencies and The Independent National Electoral Commision (INEC) to be dispassionate and unemotional in handling the allegations involving their Chairman, Board of patrons and the current House of Representatives Majority Leader, Honourable Alhassan Ado Doguwa.
Honorable Ado Doguwa was arrested, remanded and would later be delisted from INEC election winners list on allegations of ARSON AND MURDER during the Feb 25th 2023 Presidential and National Assembly elections.
The group made their position known in a statement issued in Abuja and signed by the National Coordinator, Hon Martin Gyado and the Publicity Director, Hon Tavershima Datsu.
It stated categorically that Honorable Alhassan Ado Doguwa has been a patriotic Nigerian all his life and is loved by his people being the reason among others why he has represented them for five consecutive times in the House of Representatives and also won the election to represent them again for the sixth time in the just concluded polls.
The group appeals to all to be more circumspect about the matter to avoid regrets in the long run as Honorable Alhassan Ado Doguwa’s ordeal may be the handiwork of his political denigrators who are already panicky and envious of his foreseeable successes in the tenth National Assembly.
They also called on supporters of the Majority Leader to remain calm and law abiding as the just will always be vindicated.
