The Borno State Deputy Governor, Hon.Umar Usman Kadafur alongside Immediate past Governor of Borno State, Senator Kashim Shettima and the Senator representing Borno North at the National Assembly, Sen. Abu Kyari among others on Monday paid condolence visit to the former deputy governor of the state, Hon. Usman Mamman Durkwa at his residents in Polo Jiddari area of Maiduguri.
This followed the sudden demise of the former deputy governor’s wife yesterday Sunday at the UMTH after a brief illness.
The delegation was also at the residence of late Alhaji Ali Abatcha Hassan, a State Commissioner of Inter Governmental Affairs under the administration of former Governor Kashim Shettima to commensurate with his immediate family.

The team further, paid another condolence visit to his neighbor Alhaji Usman Mari Kida over the demise of his beloved wife Hajiya ladi and to Amb.BabaKura Kaigama who also lost his beloved mother.

Special prayers were offered for Allah to forgive their shortcomings and admit them into Jannatul Firdausi.
The delegation also include the APC state chairman party Hon.Ali Bukar Dalori,Members of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly, Hon. Usman Zannah, Hon.Kadiri Rahis, Engr. Ibrahim Abuna, Hon.Ahmed Usman Jaha, Deputy Chief of Staff, Alhaji Haruna Hassan Tela, Principle Secretary. Alhaji Isa Alkali Goni, Special Advisers, SSA/SA and MMC Executive Chairman among Others.
