Pastors Alex Tapere, Jacob Obaro and Daniel Olawande and other most influential ministers of the Redeemed Christians Church of God (RCCG) are among main speakers at the forthcoming first International Billionaire Christian Conference (IBCC).
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the two days IBCC, targeted at bringing together close to 10,000 youths from all denominations will start from Feb. 18, at the Redemption Camp, Kilometre 46, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, in Ogun.
The event is billed to bring Christian youths from across Africa together where they will be taught the principles of prospering through establishing and running genuine businesses.

IBCC’s founder and Convener, Pastor Olatayo Ajiboye, who disclosed this in a statement on Friday in Lagos, said that other speakers would join him at the conference designed to teach Christian youths on the sound principles of prospering through establishing and running genuine businesses.
According to him, Tapere is one of the most influential ministers with the RCCG and heads some of the biggest projects that consistently delivers value to the mission at home and abroad.
Ajiboye said that the minister was also the Assistant Pastor-In-Charge of the Youth Province 3 of the mission.
Also, the founder also said that Pastor Olawande, popularly called P-Daniel is the convener of the Young Ministers Conference which holds at the Redemption Camp annually, drawing participants from far and wide.
“The last edition of the programme drew an audience of five million people,” he said.
He added that Pastor Obaro had been involved in the RCCG’s youth movement and was a sought after speaker at home and abroad, saying “he is currently the Pastor-In-Charge of Youth Province 7”.
He listed other clerics to include Pastor Akinola Babatope, the Pastor-in-Charge at the RCCG, Potters Lodge, one of the biggest youth in the mission.
According to him, Babatope is the pastor of the Potters Course, one of the single largest youth parishes in the RCCG.
The convener said that other speakers, confirmed for the event during which the Billionaire Christian Movement would launch one of its pet projects, Skillharvest, are Pastor Omowunmi ThankGod, Fikun Aluko and Akin Olaniyan.
According to him, the conference is being organised in obedience to a divine mandate received him over 12 years ago.
He said that the purpose was to raise billionaire Christians who would grow through their commitment to and dedication to building businesses by following biblical financial principles.
Ajiboye said that the movement was formed under his inspiration following his divine encounter, during which he saw Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) and Bishop Oyedepo, of the Living Faith.
He added that the movement had met every month with for over a year for training on getting rich according to the Word of God.
The convener said that the IBCC became necessary because as the monthly meetings became more popular amongst attendees, people began to demand for the teaching of God on the making money in the right way.
Explaining the initiative, he said: “We want to bring a system in place for an annual conference. God wants me to dwell in a city without poverty; recruit billionaires to promote the last phase of the Gospel; to repair the things that are not being properly done.”
Explaining the choice of speakers, Ajiboye said they had been carefully assembled because of their commitment to developing young people and helping them to find and fulfil their divine purpose. (NAN)
