The Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), Air Marshal Sunday Kelvin Aneke, has joined the President and Commander-in-Chief, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, represented by the President of the Senate, Senator Godswill Akpabio, as Guest of Honour, the Minister of Defence, the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), representatives of the Service Chiefs and other senior dignitaries at an Inter-Denominational Church Service commemorating Nigeria’s 66th Independence Anniversary.
Held under the theme, _“Anchored in Hope: The Path to Divine Stability and Shared Prosperity,”_ the service provided an opportunity for national leaders and citizens to give thanks, reflect on Nigeria’s journey and renew their collective commitment to peace, unity, stability and shared prosperity.
The CAS’s participation underscores the Nigerian Air Force’s continued commitment to national security and the collective aspiration for a peaceful, stable and prosperous Nigeria.
