Iyaganku Chief Magistrate Court sitting in Ibadan has ordered the remand of the suspected Fulani Warlord in Ibarapaland, Abdullahi Wakili at Abolongo Correctional Center.
The seventy-year-old Wakili who was arraigned alongside his three sons were facing six counts charge bordering on conspiracy, murder, kidnapping and armed robbery.
Other suspects who are his sons are Abu, 45 and Samaila, 27 as well as Aliyu Manu, 20.
The Chief Magistrate, Emmanuel Idowu, who did not take the plea of the suspects for want in the jurisdiction, adjourned the matter till 17th of May, for mention.
Idowu ordered the police to duplicate the case file and send it to the Oyo State Directorate of Public Prosecution or legal advice.
He therefore ordered that the suspects be kept at Abolongo correctional centre.
