Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje has said his colleagues are worried about the attack on Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State.
Recalled that Governor Ortom was attacked by suspected herdsmen at the weekend.
Speaking after meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari at the presidential villa, Abuja, on Monday, Ganduje said the rising spate of insecurity in the country was unfortunate.
He said how would Nigerians survive the lingering insecurity situation if a Governor, with security compliments, could be attacked brazenly.
Governor Ganduje noted that the situation would get better through the new strategies being deployed by the service chiefs.
