How Hultprize FUNAAB plans to revolutionize the world through social-entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurship was a blessing in the 19th century as people started taking initiatives to solve problems which create value that attract financial reward, this action really solved a lot of problem and really influenced established industries to incorporate entrepreneurship into their businesses, hence the emergence of intrapreneurship: entrepreneurship within corporate organizations.

However, recently entrepreneurs started creating problems by practicing entrepreneurship for profit aim such as production of beef which leads to wasteful usage of water resources, production of expensive nutritious meals in urban areas whereas rural indigenes suffer from malnutrition resulting from limited exposure to essential nutrients in meals etc. So, CEO and Founder of HULTPRIZE Ahmed Askhar and 42nd president of United States of America & Founding Chairman of Clinton Foundation, Bill Clinton collaborated to build an idea crowd-sourcing platform called HULTPRIZE which provides a platform for students to pitch a social-enterprise (focus on proffering sustainable solutions and making profit) idea to solve a global problem and they also provide impact-focused programs, events and trainings to students globally, creating a pathway for youths everywhere to take action to build a better world.

HULTPRIZE FUNAAB 2021 team led by Shina Ajoye would be establishing an entrepreneurial club called HULTPRIZE Club in FUNAAB which would serve as an incubation for generating business ideas, building and nurturing social-entrepreneurs who would provide lasting solutions to global problems while generating financial reward as they add values to lives through their solution.

They would also be initiating intra- and interuniversity pitching competitions as part of the HULTPRIZE activities with the school campus in order to ensure the culture of social-entrepreneurship is incorporated in the university.  HULTPRIZE FUNAAB sole aim remains changing the world through social-entrepreneurship.
