The People’s Redemption Party, (PRP) says, the party would produce corrupt free leaders that would rule Nigeria come the year 2023.

A stakeholder of the party and former INEC Chairman, Professor Attahiru Jega, stated this while addressing party loyalist in Birnin Kebbi.

Professor Jega noted that PRP was a very strong alternative party with strong vision for national development

He said, the objective of the party was to have credible leaders who will work for betterment of the country

According to him the party between now and 2023 would participate in any available election at all levels expressing confidence that by 2023 the party would have become strong to play a major role.

“What we are doing in Kebbi is also happening in many states, getting people together who subscribed to the ideals of the party to discuss and to plan how to strenghten activities that can make the PRP that strong alternative that we want it to be”.

On the issue of funding the party, Jega said, it would not be difficult to generate resources stressing that the problem is that the party would not be allowed to be hijacked by people who acquire ill gotten wealth.
