The sixth edition of Zenith Bank’s annual technology fair virtually is to hold Thursday, November 5, 2026, with a focus on artificial intelligence (AI).
According to a statement issued by the bank in Lagos, the event, tagged “Zenith Bank Tech Fair 2026: Future Forward 6.0,” will have the theme “AI: Embrace or Extinct.”
It explained that this year’s edition will be held online for the first time, allowing participants from Nigeria and other countries to attend.
The Zenith Bank tech fair is expected to bring together technology experts, entrepreneurs and innovators to discuss the use of artificial intelligence and its impact on businesses and the future of work.
According to the statement, participants would also have the opportunity to learn about developments in technology and explore ways to apply AI in different sectors.
The technology fair was introduced by the bank’s founder, Jim Ovia, to encourage young Nigerians to develop technological solutions and support the growth of the country’s digital economy.

Over the years, the programme has provided a platform for entrepreneurs and technology developers to present their ideas, compete for funding and receive mentorship.
Among previous beneficiaries are JumpnPass, which developed a self-checkout system for retail businesses and CreditChek, which uses artificial intelligence and open banking to simplify credit verification.
At the 2025 edition, TrustLoop emerged winner of the hackathon competition with its digital identity verification solution.
Cubbes Technologies also won the startup pitch competition with an AI-powered educational platform designed to support learning.
The bank said the competitions had helped participants access funding and mentorship to develop their products and businesses.
It added that the 2026 edition would examine how individuals and organisations could use artificial intelligence to improve their operations and respond to changes in technology.
Participants will be able to follow the event through Zoom, Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
Zenith Bank urged interested members of the public to register through its website at www.zenithbank.com/techfair.
The bank said the programme forms part of its efforts to support technology development and entrepreneurship in Nigeria.
