The Independent Investigative Panel on Human Rights Violations by the defunct Special Anti-robbery Squad, SARS has ordered the arrest of three sergeants, Lucky Okuku, Musa Sunday and Lucky Kehinde of the Delta State Police Command.
The Acting Chairman of the Panel, Mr. Garba Tetengi made the order in Abuja due to their failure to appear before it to defend a case of alleged violation of right to life and extra judicial killing of one Ovoke Onomrerhino.
The panel has continued to express worry over what it described as careless attitude of most indicted police officers.
