The Service Public Relations Officer, Akinsola Akinlabi, announced this in a statement issued to newsmen on Friday in Abuja. Akinlabi said the exercise is progressing smoothly at the two centres despite initial challenges, with 1,477 Nigerians processed and enrolled within the first four days. He added that more than half have already had their passports produced and dispatched. The Service spokesman reiterated that passport applications and payments are fully automated and cashless.
