The Executive Governor of Borno State, Babagana Zulum

Borno State Governor, Professor Babagana Zulum has approved the appointment of 11 members of the recently established board of Borno State Housing Corporation.
The Governor’s spokesman, Malam Isa Gusau, in a statement, announced that Zulum appointed eleven members from 10 Local Government Areas. The members, according to the statement, include – ALI SHERIF GALGAL (Monguno), COMR. IBRAHIM MOHAMMED HASSAN (Guzamala) ABBA SHUWA, NURTW (Kukawa), MOHAMMED LAWAN BUKAR (MMC), MAHMUD LAWAN BAKURA (Mafa) ABBA LAWAN MUSA (Jere), HON ABBA KABIR UMAR KASHIMRI (Bama), JIBRIN MUHAMMED RIJIYA (Bama), SULEIMAN WUROJAM (Shani) SALISU ALHAJI IBRAHIM (Kwaya Kusar) and FATIMA UMARU FLENG (Gwoza).
Malam Gusau explained that the members would work with the board’s chairman to oversee activities of the housing corporation which is being repositioned in line with Governor Zulum’s bold vision to drastically increase public access to housing in all parts of Borno State.
He added that the governor expects the highest commitment from the appointees.
