President Bola Tinubu and VP Kashim Shettima
A group, Arewa 19 Pyramid for Grassroots Development, has cautioned political stakeholders against distracting President Bola Tinubu and his Vice, Kashim Shettima, from their governance duties.
The group’s convener, Ahmed Abdulraheem, emphasized that the Tinubu/Shettima leadership is on the right course towards bringing prosperity and development to Nigeria.
Abdulraheem urged Nigerians to support the government and allow it to deliver on its promises.
“Let us stay focused. Let us stay united and let us always remember – Nigeria first, politics later.
The time for elections will come, but now is the time to deliver on promises, to serve the people, and build a more secured and prosperous Nigeria,” he said.
The group expressed concern over attempts to undermine Shettima’s role in the government, describing it as “a disservice to the nation.”
“Shettima has earned his place through years of service, sacrifice, and dedication to the unity of the country. Undermining him is not just an affront to the north but also a disservice to the nation,” Abdulraheem stated.
Abdulraheem urged the All Progressives Congress (APC) to close ranks and work in unity, emphasizing that Arewa 19 Pyramid stands firmly behind the Tinubu/Shettima administration and remains committed to promoting unity, youth empowerment, civic engagement, and inclusive development.
