National Publicity Secretary, Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), Bishop Dr Emmah Isong
General Overseer and founder of Christian Central Chapel International (CCCI) Calabar, Archbishop Emmah Gospel Isong, has predicted blood bath ahead of 2026 governorship elections in Osun State.
The clergy man called on Nigerians at home and abroad to pray for several pressing concerns for the people of Osun state in Western part of Nigeria.
Speaking during the 2026 cross‑over Night service titled “Prophetically and Magnetically”, Isong urged intercession for Osun State to avoid becoming a political battlefield in the 2026 elections and for Abakaliki, the capital of Ebonyi State, to be spared from violence.
He also asked that prayers be directed against a planned jailbreak at Kuje Prison, warning that some groups intend to free inmates to revive a terrorist agenda.
Isong, who is also the National Vice‑President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) South‑South, said that through prayer these misfortunes could be averted.
The cleric, further, appealed for prayers for the Tiv tribe, expressing concern that feelings of marginalisation could spark unrest worse than any previously seen in Nigeria’s regions.
He predicted that kidnapping hideouts would be uncovered in Cross River State, which he said would become a hub for agricultural development as labour and productivity are encouraged.
Isong also foresees a shake‑up in Cross River’s traditional institutions that could lead to the establishment of a new palace, praying that the change occurs without bloodshed.
Finally, he forecast extensive documentation, certification and registration drives in Akwa Ibom State, which would enable citizens to access government programmes and boost the state’s economy.
