Reactions has continued to trailed the sudden removal of the Paramount ruler of Calabar South Professor Itam Ogar by the Cross River State Government
The Cross River State Government had fired Professor Itam Ogar for alleged involvement in partisan politics.
He was alleged to have endorsed one of the governorship aspirant under the platform of the PDP against the interest of the Cross River State Government which is the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the State.
But a leading governorship aspirant. On the platform of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Arthur Javis Archibong, described the development as sad and unfortunate.
According to him, the removal of Professor Itam Ogar is not a dent on the personality of Prof Itam Hogan Itam, but the clawing of nails into the eyes of the South.
